Apologies for not blogging recently, I've been busy with assignments, mid sem exams and such!

Setember 9th was me and my bf's 6 month anniversary and to celebrate - though it wasn't anything fancy since I was caught in a week of studying for an upcoming exam- we had dinner at a small German restaurant/cafe known as Essen.
This place was really cute and well decorated with wooden chairs and an overall feeling that you're no longer in Sydney anymore, but maybe a small tavern or inn in Germany.

The food came in large proportions and being a Wednesday night, it wasn't too crowded or noisy at all. There was about 2 waiters on the night and unfortunately they did not see us come in and we just sat ourselves down =(. I couldn't finish the sirloin steak I ordered probably because I am a small person afterall. The food was very nice and I wouldn't mind coming back here again.

Also, my bags did arrive from Gmarket a couple of weeks ago and here they are:
